I generally choose the books I want to review for Circuit Rider and then the folks at Cokesbury offer those books for several months at a 30% discount. In this case, they're also offering the companion DVD and book of reflections at the same discount.
Because many churches are reading it for Lent, it may be on backorder at Cokesbury's website. Whether or not that's the case, I encourage you to try to get a copy within the next few weeks for personal reading.

It is on backorder at Cokesbury and Christian books, but I was able to order directly from Church of the Ressurection (cor.org).
